The Process
Blank Slate
We start with a blank slate of pro-grade Canadian maple billet. We take the time to measure and prepare each billet carefully to ensure it is made to each individual's order and request.
Carve
It is now ready to transform the billet to a bat. It takes just over an hour of carving to transform the blank canvas into the shape of your specially made bat.

The Finishes
It is time for your bat to come alive. Final touches include getting a good, smooth sand, a colour coat of your choosing and topped off with a finishing coat of lacquer.
